I’m Andreza Dreyer, founder of Blue Cascais Properties.

Originally from Brazil, I have been living in Portugal since 2018, after falling in love with Cascais many years earlier during a business trip. Standing by the Cascais bay for the first time in 2003, I remember thinking: “If I ever live outside Brazil, this is where I would want to be.”

Today, I help international buyers and Brazilian families discover the same lifestyle that captured my heart — guiding them through every step of buying property and settling in Cascais.

With a background in luxury hospitality sales and more than five years of experience in the Portuguese property market, I offer a boutique advisory approach focused on trust, discretion and personalized guidance.
